Selling on ebay full-time...

As most of you know, I sell on ebay full-time. This is my "job" and although I get to make my own schedule, it is a lot of work some times. But I truly enjoy it.

I have helped many people start to sell on ebay - over the internet and in person. I would love to answer questions if anyone has them. I know about 100 people read my blog every day and I am truly grateful to those readers.

So...feel free to ask any questions and I will answer them. Here is a guide to selling on ebay full-time (which I need to update since I do currently have an ebay store): LINK

And here is a most recent screen shot of my sales for the day, the week, the month, etc.

And a closer shot of the sales:

  1. I am speechless. (and it takes a lot to do that)

    You are amazing.

  2. Thanks! Remember that those are the gross sales. Inventory, gas, ebay & paypal fees, taxes, etc. comes out of these. My net sales are about 50% of the posted sales.

  3. Do you ever think about selling less for much more and how much less resources and time it would consume? What products would make the same income with less hassle?

  4. Anon- That is a great question. Right now my profit per item is around $10 (after taxes). I would love to sell less for more. I think anyone would.

But I take what I can get. I live in a very rural area.

If I could find another way to sell less and make more, I truly would. If I could make a $100 profit every day by selling one thing, I would.

I feel like I "know" clothing and how it will sell on ebay. I guess I could try something else but I would be starting all over with my knowledge level.

    I hope that makes sense.

  6. Wow. That's really motivating. Nothing wrong with making $10,000+ in 4 months. I literally just started 2 weeks ago and now I'm trying to gather as much information I can to grow and learn. No quitting allowed! Thanks for the inspiration.
