I very much enjoyed eating vacation food - Waffle House, McDonalds, Cici's Pizza, Taco Bell, Dairy Queen (more than once!) - ice cream, french fries, hamburgers, pizza - you get the idea.
I tried to eat healthy on a daily basis and then splurged during the last week or so. And so...I was a bit nervous the first time I stepped on the scale.
Surprisingly I only gained 2 1/2 pounds during the month of vacation.
I am going back to eating healthy. I feel better when I eat healthy. It is a bit addicting actually. I never thought I would say that but it is true.
My point of view is to eat healthy for ONE day. Each day I do that is a success.
My next goal is to get to 138lbs by November. This would mean a 4.5 pound weight loss. I am going to continue drinking my Isagenix shakes and eating about 1500 calories a day. I am going to walk atleast 3 times a week.

Isagenix Update: Did I Reach My Goal?
Tomorrow we leave for a month long vacation to FL. When we got back from Ireland 5 weeks ago, I weighed 145.4 lbs. I wanted to be in the "130's" for our FL vacation (even if it meant I was 139.9lbs).
Well...this morning I weighed in at...
Yippee! With one day to go, I made my goal!
Honestly, I was surprised. I ate Wendy's twice (okay...it was their grilled chicken sandwich without anything on it and I threw out most of the bun) and had PIZZA the other day.
My father-in-law was at the hospital a few days this week and it was a last minute thing. I didn't have time to pack my healthy food and so the hubby & I had pizza. Yum!
Also, it was raining a lot this week and so I didn't walk as much as I would have liked to. Even with all of that, I still met my goal. I'm so excited!
In the three months of Isagenix, I have lost 12.6 pounds. That is about a pound a week for three straight months.
My new goal? To enjoy Florida! I will continue to drink my Isagenix shakes every morning and eat healthy. But I am going to splurge once in a while while on vacation.

Three Month Isagenix Update
Today marks my three month anniversary of (mostly) healthy eating. I am feeling less tired and less achy. Also, my iron & B12 levels have never been better!
In addition to all of that, I have lost 11.2 pounds. I started this journey at.152.4 lbs. I weighed in this morning at 141.2 pounds. I have lost 4 inches around my waist, 4 inches around my butt, 4 inches around my hips, 2.5 inches from my chest, 2.5" off of each thigh and 1.5 inches off of each arm.
For the first 40 days, I followed the Isagenix 30-day cleanse plan. You can look it up on the Isagenix website or click HERE and scroll down to the first few posts. I lost almost 10 pounds within the first 40 days.
The first few days were hard - I had headaches and I was hungry. My body was use to consuming a LOT of calories. But those symptoms went away within a week.
Then we went on vacation for two weeks and I gained back 3 pounds. We went to Ireland and it turns out that the country does not have a lot of food choices. I ate at McDonalds four times!
I came home and had an Isagenix shake every morning and kept my calorie count around 1400. I easily lost the 3 pounds I gained.
I am continuing to eat a diet of around 1400 calories and start my day with an Isagenix shake. In addition to that, I have added walking to the plan.
My goal is to weigh 139.9 by our next vacation. We are headed to FL on August 12 which means I have just 8 days to lose 1.3 pounds. Can I do it? I believe I can!
In the last 8 days, I have walked over 20 miles. Yes, that is right - 20 miles!
This week I have a lot of cleaning, packing and last minute errands to run. Plus, I am helping at our church's VBS program on Monday & Tuesday. It will be a busy week. I will check in mid-way through the week to report my weight.

Isagenix Update
Well...the scale read 141.8 lbs this morning. I have lost just over 1/2 pound since last week. That was a really hard 1/2 pound to lose.
I am just 1.9 pounds away from my goal and we found out this past week that we are leaving for vacation a week earlier than expected! This means I have just 12 days to lose those almost 2 pounds. And believe me...I am trying.
I am walking 2.5 - 3 miles a day. I cannot walk more due to my knee. I am also eating a healthy diet of around 1300-1400 calories. I will get dizzy if I cut out any more calories. I have tried before and it is not good.
Hopefully the scale will continue to go down and reflect my hard work. I do feel lighter and I have lost 4 pounds off my waist in three months. I have lost 7% of my body weight in those three weeks. My face shape has changed and I am happy with the results.
I have to say I love the Isagenix shakes. They are easy, taste pretty good and I can take them with me in the mornings. They fill me up for a few hours and are all natural. I already placed a bulk order for a few months so I can take them with me in FL.
I will continue to work hard and weigh in regularly.
For those interested, here is almost exactly what I eat every day:
Yogurt (80 calories) - within 30 minutes of waking up
Isagenix Shake (240 calories) - 2 hours after the yogurt
Yogurt & Fruit (180 calories) - mid morning snack
Salad & Chicken (250 calories) - 3oz of Tyson grilled chicken, 4 cups of spinach, 1 cup of blueberries or strawberries, 1 cup of shredded carrots and 20 squirts of the 1-calorie salad dressing - lunch
Fiber One Granola Bar (140 calories) - mid afternoon snack
Smart Meal from Weight Watchers (200-250 calories) - I buy these at Wal-Mart for around $2 and I alternate the Mesquite Chicken and the Turkey meal - dinner
Snack at night (150 calories) - I get my pick of: pretzels, another granola bar or mini wheats cereal. These keep my stomach quiet while I sleep.

Isagenix Update: Monday
Well, today was my "weigh in" day. I weigh myself almost every day and I knew that today's weigh-in would be tough by the numbers all week.
I didn't lose anything. Of course that means I didn't gain anything either. I have 20 days to lose 2.5 pounds.
I have been writing everything down in a food journal I made myself. It is really just a check off list since I eat almost the same foods everyday: a fiber granola bar when I wake up, an Isagenix shake in the morning, yogurt & berries for snack, grilled chicken and a spinach salad for lunch, a fiber granola bar in the afternoon and a smart meal in the evening. I have been adding some calcium & fiber along with a protein shake at night which is different for me.
To this point I had stopped eating about 3 hours before bedtime. However, the shake at night is supposed to be taken 30 minutes before bedtime. This is another 165 calories. Even with the shake though, I have been eating between 1250-1400 calories on a given day.
I have also walked a few times during the last week. My knee is killing me from all the walking.
I am not sure what else to do. I am trying to eat less calories than I burn. THIS calculator says I burn around 1700 calories a day. That should be at least a deficiency of 300 calories but what do I know?
I will continue to do what I have been doing and hopefully I will show a big loss next Monday.

Monday Morning Isagenix Update
For those that don't know, I am using Isagenix to lose some weight. I started this journey two months ago at 152.4 lbs. I lost 10 pounds in 40 days on Isagenix and was a happy 142.4lbs. I then went on vacation to Ireland and gained three pounds back.
Last week I was 144.4 pounds. This morning I weighed in at ... 142.4 pounds. Which means that despite eating a cupcake and a sub sandwich yesterday, I lost two pounds this week.
I have been careful to limit the amount of calories I am eating. I am 5' 8", 142.4 pounds and only exercise a minimum amount. I try to get around 1400 calories a day.
My goal is to lose another 2.5 pounds in 3.5 weeks. I need to try to get back into walking which went by the roadside last week. I am at the lightest I have been in about 5 years and I love the feeling. The feeling is helping me make the right decisions.

Isagenix Weight Loss Update
I lost a pound!
I wasn't sure if what I had been doing this week would show on the scale since I am a bit bloated due to my being in a "womanly way". I read that phrase on another blog and thought it was much more delicate than saying that you have your "Aunt Flo" or something else. Of course now that I think about it, it could also mean that you are pregnant. Ummm, I am not pregnant. I just have my period. Ha!
Last week I went walking four times and did a total of 11 miles. The hubby & I also volunteered at a church outreach event last night and we pulled weeds, collected garbage and raked for a couple hours. Today my knee is killing me so I know I got a good work out.
I am going to step up the healthy eating this week to hopefully lose another pound for my weigh-in next week. I need to write down what I am eating again so I can keep an eye on the calories.
My goal is to be at 139 lbs in 33 days. That means losing another 4.5 pounds in 4.5 weeks.
I love the Isagenix shakes and will continue to have one for breakfast. I am going to place another order this week. They cost about $2 each but breakfast would usually cost around $1-$2 anyway. The B12 levels in the shakes are 400% of your daily value and they have a ton of other vitamins. I am feeling more energetic and less tired during the day.

Weight Update
Just to remind those of you who don't remember (and I am not expecting you to!)...
Before vacation I weighed about 142.4 pounds. Today I weighed in at (drum roll please)...145.4 pounds. That means I put on 3 pounds while on vacation.
I really expected it to be a lot worse. Ireland grocery stores leave a lot to be desired and so I ate a lot of pasta and potatoes. And we ate at McDonald's 4 times during the two weeks.
I would love to be in the 130's for Florida. Even if it is 139.9 - ha!
We have 42 days before our Florida vacation and so I need to lose about 5.5 pounds in 6 weeks. That is just one pound a week.
What am I going to do to lose a pound a week?
I am going to stick to the 30-day Isagenix plan and add walking into the mix. My knee is feeling much better and I am able to walk 2.5 miles in about 45 minutes.
Today I had my morning shake, some blueberries for a snack and a piece of grilled ham for lunch. I am on my way! I am going to post updates every week on Friday so I can stay accountable.

Isagenix Before & After Photos
For the last month or so, I have been using the Isagenix 30-day plan. I purchased a second plan and started that a few days ago. Overall I have lost 10 pounds. Seven of those pounds were within the first two weeks.
Here is my before photos:
and a side shot:
I took my after photos this morning using a timer (my hubby was a sleep). Pardon the lack of make-up. I have pink eye. Again. For a second time in a month.
and the front shots:
Here is a side-by-side comparison:
My goal was to lose 8-10 pounds before we left for Ireland. Well, we leave tomorrow and I am down 9.8 lbs. Yippee!
My next goal? To weigh 138 lbs. I haven't been in the 130's since 2006 - 6 years ago!

Isagenix Update
I started my Isagenix journey on May 4. Today is June 11 and so today would be day 41 but I took a few days off in the middle and so today is only day 35 for me.
In 35 days, I have lost 9.4 pounds.
I am thrilled. My goal was to lose 8-10 pounds before Ireland. We leave on Thursday and I have met my goal weight: 143 pounds.
Yesterday we started to pack. We are going to be in Ireland for 3 weeks and it will be in the mid to upper 50's there (brrr!). That means jeans, sweatshirts and sneakers for the most part.
Tomorrow I will be posting my before/after photos.
This weekend we finished painting the outside of the house and I will be posting photos before we leave as well. It turned out great.
Today is a day of errands. I have my last doctor's appointment before the trip. It is a follow-up on my knee surgery. And then I have to find a windbreaker for Ireland and healthy snacks for the airport. I am hoping my bank has Euros so I can keep a few on us while we travel. And lastly, I need a haircut.
I hope you have a wonderful day and as always...thanks for reading my blog!

Isagenix - 30 Day Update
For the last 30 days (well...33 days since I skipped 3 in the middle), I have been following the Isagenix 30-day cleanse plan. The plan allows you to substitute two meals a day with shakes, eat snacks (yogurts, fruits, etc) and a decent meal in the middle of the day (up to 600 calories).
I have lost 8 pounds and 21.25" off of my body: 2" from my chest, 3" from my ribcage, 3.5" from my waist, 2.5" off my hips, 2.75" off my buttocks, 2" off each thigh, 1" off each calf and 1/2" off each arm.
This was all within the last month! I am pretty excited. I still have 6 days before Ireland and will continue to stay with the program at least that long. I have plans of packing the powdered shake mixes so I can stay healthy in Ireland.
My 30 day goal was to lose 8-10 pounds and I am thrilled that I hit it. I am hoping for another 1-2 pounds to come off by Ireland though.
Here is what my day looks like with Isagenix:
Step 1: Mix an Isagenix powered fruit mix into water and drink. It tastes like a Jolly Rancher. The plan wants you to do this within 1/2 hour of waking up. Take an Isagenix Natural Accelerator pill with the drink. Thankfully they are coated, not large and easy to swallow.
Step 2: Mix the Isagenix powdered shake into water, blend and then add ice. I also put some kind extract in mine. I have the chocolate mix and so orange, raspberry and peppermint are my favorites to add. Isagneix also has a non-powdered, liquid shake but I haven't tried it. They also have the shake mixes in vanilla. I usually drink the shake about 1 hour after I have drank the Step 1 fruit mix.
Step 3: Eat a snack. I always do a yogurt & 1 cup of berries. Last week my grocery store had blackberries and raspberries on sale. Yum! I usually wait about 1.5-2 hours after drinking my shake. The shakes really fill me up.
Step 4: Eat lunch. I break up the 600 calories and do two separate meals. The first is usually a spinach leaf, berry, sliced carrot and grilled chicken salad with a few squirts of the Wishbone 1 calorie dressing. This meal comes to around 250 calories. I eat this about 1 hour after the snack.
Step 5: Eat again...a second lunch. The first lunch only fills me up for a few hours and so by mid-afternoon I am starving again. My second lunch is usually a Weight Watchers Smart Ones frozen meal. You can find them for around $2 at Wal-Mart. My favorites are the turkey & mashed potatoes (200 calories) and the Mesquite chicken & roasted potatoes (250 calories). I eat this about 2 hours after eating the first lunch.
Step 6: Afternoon snack. Another yogurt or some jello and some more fruit. Sometimes I skip this snack if I am not hungry. If I am hungry, I usually eat it 2 hours after the second lunch. I take another Natural Accelerator capsule. They are supposed to keep the bowels moving ;)
Step 7: The last meal of the day. Another shake. I eat this about 1-2 hours before bedtime. And I take an Isagenix Flush pill. I'm not sure what these do honestly. But they are also easy to swallow.
-Isagenix wants you to drink 8 glasses of water. I love drinking water and so this isn't a problem for me.
-The Isagenix 30-day program comes with cleanse drinks for "cleanse" days. These days are supposed to happen every 7th day. You don't eat too much "real food" but drink the berry flavored thick drink with water and ice 4x a day. If you are feeling like your blood sugar is low (which mine usually is), they suggest eating 1/4 apple or pear. I usually eat the entire apple. The plan also includes Isagenix snacks. They are round water looking things that taste like powdered hot chocolate. If you eat them just for a snack on a regular day, they are not too great. But when you are starving on the cleanse day, they are yummy.
-Isgenix suggests exercising atleast 20 minutes a day, except on the cleanse day. I have not been doing this since I had knee surgery just 5 weeks ago. The hubby & I did try walking twice (about 1/2 mile each) and my knee was swollen afterward. I am going to just rest it this week since I am sure we will be doing plenty of walking in Ireland. In fact, I rested most of the 30 days since I had a number of illnesses that put me in bed.
I will be putting up before/after photos next week.
Have questions? Feel free to ask! I will be glad to answer any.
Want to sign up? Here is the link to the Isagenix website: LINK.
The plan costs about $324 with shipping & tax for the first 30 day cleanse. After that it costs about $290 with shipping & tax if you wanted to re-order. Simply choose the auto-ship plan to get it for the cost of $324. You can cancel the auto ship any time.

Isagenix Update & Your Opinion Needed for House Paint Color
Today I am on Day 25 of my 30-day Isagenix plan. I stopped the plan for about 3 days. I just couldn't deal with all the illness and planning what I was going to eat.
During those 3 days, I ate terribly. Cupcakes, cookies, ramen noodles, macaroni and cheese and a bunch of stuff I cannot remember. They made me feel a bit better while I was struggling with feeling terrible from a cold, strep throat, my knee healing after surgery and pink eye. But...I only felt better for a short time.
After those three days, I weighed 2 pounds more. I definitely didn't feel better then!
Today I weighed in and I am back to 145lbs. This was almost the exact weight I was before the three days of eating badly! I am still down 7 pounds.
I have 5 days left of my original 30 day Isagenix plan. My goal was to lose 8-10 pounds so this is still doable! And, I purchased a second Isagenix 30-day plan (the second time you order it is only $270 plus shipping). I am going to pack the shakes in my suitcase for Ireland.

Yesterday we were outside all day painting the house. This is what it looked like before we started:
Here is how it looked after a 1/2 day work:
When we finished yesterday, here is how it looked:
We color matched the vinyl siding which was a light cream. This was after a first coat of the paint. From the road, my husband thinks it looks white and the white trim (around the windows and doors) doesn't look any different. There is no contrast.
And so...we will be doing the trim in a different color (we had planned on leaving it the pale cream color). I have a photo editing program which allowed me to try out some colors.

I am not sure which color we will choose. I think sage green would look nice but the hubby hates the color green. His first choice would be a bright turquoise blue (also not happening).
We have a few days to decide since today it is raining and the house needs a second coat of paint before we do the trim.
We have also thought about just framing the windows in a different color and leaving the boards the same color as the house.
Any thoughts?

Isagenix Update - Day 21
Well, I just finished my third week of the Isagenix 30 day plan. I have 9 days to go. If you remember, last week I was down 7 pounds.
I weighed myself today and I have lost.... 7.5 pounds. I only lost 1/2 pound this week - ha! I wasn't expecting a huge weight loss since I have had a flu/cold/virus thing this week and have stayed in bed for a lot of the week. In fact, that is where I should be now instead of doing a blog post.
Yesterday was supposed to be a cleanse day where you don't eat anything and just drink these special berry drinks all day. Well, I cheated. Last night I had ramen noodle broth (my hubby had the noodles). I have been experiencing one of the worst sore throats of my life. My voice was down to a whisper yesterday.
I have 9 days to go. My goal was to lose 8-10 pounds during the 30 days and I still have a shot at it. I just bought my second 30 day plan from Isagenix. Yup, I like it that much. The second time you order, it is less than $300. I am going to take the shakes with me to Ireland in June. They will be a great start to the day over there.
Well, I have to go lay down again. I have to bake cookies later for the church yard sale tomorrow! I will post more this weekend. I hope everyone has a most wonderful Memorial Day!

Day 17 Isagenix Update
I am more than half way done with my Isagenix 30-day plan. The plan calls for measurements on day 1, day 8, day 18 and day 30. I did mine this morning and I have lost 15 inches from my body in 17 days. An inch off of each thigh, 2" off my rear and 3" off my waist plus some other areas.
I won't weigh in until Friday but I was pretty excited that my waist was down 3 inches.
Yesterday the hubby & I went to a party and although they had a huge spread of amazing food, I ate just fresh fruit. I ate a healthy salad before I went and some yogurt when we came home. I didn't want to ruin my weight loss and so it was easier to abstain from eating cookies, cake, cheesy potatoes, sloppy joes, etc.
Here is a photo from the party. Notice how my knee & calf are still swollen. Poor knee!
Today I woke up with an intense cough. I am supposed to be going thrifting. I have cold medicine stocked up and ready to go. Hopefully it works. Want more info. on Isagenix? Here is my original post about the subject: LINK

Isagenix Weight Loss Update....
I just finished up my second cleanse day on Isagenix. I am about 1/2 way through my 30 day program. Today is day 15 and I thought since I had two weeks under my belt, I would share my weight loss with you.
I have lost 7 pounds in 14 days. I am amazed. I really thought it would around 5 pounds but when I stepped on the scale...wow.
I have two weeks left and my goal was to lose 8-10 pounds.
If you are considering Isagenix, here are a few thoughts I have.
-I have not been paid or compensated at all for this program. I purchased it on my own and just wanted to journal my weight loss along the way. Want more info? Here is my original post with more information: LINK.

If you are considering Isagenix, here are a few thoughts I have.
-For about $10 a day, the program gives you two supplement shakes, some pills to "flush" your system and a check off chart. They give you a few other things but these were the main items. Could I have done this myself? Yes. Would I have done this by myself? No. It was well worth the $324 just to be accountable and to have the shakes. I ordered chocolate and they taste great with a few drops of peppermint extract.
-I have not been exercising at all. In fact, I have been moving less since my knee surgery. If you would add exercise, I am sure you would see better results.
-Instead of choosing the one 400-600 calorie meal a day, I have been using my calories throughout the day so I don't feel like I am starving. 2 cups of fresh spinach, 1 cup of shredded carrots, a cup of strawberries, 3 oz of Tyson grilled chicken strips and 20 squirts of my 1-calorie dressing is a total of 200 calories.
-I feel lighter. My stomach has lost 3 inches in two weeks and my face is thinner. Once you start to see results, the program becomes easier.
-I had headaches for the first 2 days and now feel great. I haven't had a headache since. I am sure the first two days my body went into some kind of shock.
-On the cleanse days (every 7 days), I eat an apple and Isagenix does provide drinks for these days as well as "chalk" snacks. They are actually quite tasty when you are super hungry. I also eat a granola bar before going to bed. I am one of those people that cannot go to bed hungry. I wake up too easily.
-I have used some of my calories to have a cookie and a few M&Ms. This isn't considered "cheating" since you are within the calorie count. Would Isagenix want you to eat healthy every single day? Yes. Is that almost impossible to do for most people. Yup.
-There is a 30-day money back guarantee. If you don't like the program, you can return it.

Day 10 Isagenix Update
For the last 10 days I have eaten extremely healthy, low calories meals. I have been using the Isagenix 30-day cleanse.
This morning I stepped on the scale and I have lost a total of 4 pounds in the last 10 days. I have 20 days to go and am hoping to lose (and keep off!) 8-10 pounds so I am definitely on track.
I wish I could add exercise to my plan but my knee is still too swollen to do too much of anything.
After church yesterday we went to an all-you-cat-eat buffet and I had a slice of ham, a small salad with carrots, lettuce and a bit of dressing and a small brownie. I felt full and didn't walk away feeling guilty. The brownie was amazing since I haven't eaten too much processed sugar in the last 10 days.

Day 8 Weigh-In
For those that don't know, I am doing the Isagenix 30 day cleanse. Today is day 8 and my weight is...149.3! I have lost 3 lbs in the last 7 days.
I took my measurements before the cleanse started and again this morning and I have lost a total of 3" overall - 1" from my waist alone.
Most people lose around 5-8 pounds the first week but I have not been able to exercise at all due to my knee healing after surgery. My stitches are out and the doctor gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory which is going to help with the swelling. Hopefully I will be able to walk without a limp soon.
Yesterday was a "cleanse day" where you don't eat food and just drink the special cleanse drinks. The drinks are a berry flavor and are actually pretty good over ice. They have a bit of a tart flavor which I liked but you could add no calorie sweetener if you didn't.
There is a little note on the plan that says if you are shaky, you can have 1/4 apple or pear. The plan also says you can have the little chocolate wafers that are included. Let me say this about the wafer - I tried it a few days ago and it tasted like chocolate chalk. But, when you are VERY hungry, they are wonderful. They taste better and are fairly filling. You get to eat 6 on a cleanse day.
I made it until about 4pm without food (I did eat the chocolate wafers though). I kept myself very, very busy and tried not to think about the hunger. I was up at 6am so I went 10 hours without real food. At 4pm I had the apple, except I had the entire apple. It was delicious. And at 9pm, I had a 90-calorie granola bar. I know my body and knew there was no way that I was sleeping the entire night without waking up from hunger.
I will continue on. I am hoping to lose 8-10 pounds in the 30 days and I am right on track.

Isagenix Cleanse Update
Today is day 7 of my 30-day Isagenix cleanse. The first two days were super hard, the third was less hard and the last few days weren't so bad.
Basically Isagenix is a shake for breakfast a mid-morning healthy snack, a healthy meal, another snack in the afternoon and a shake in the evening. There is also some supplements to keep things moving (ummm...your bowels. Yup, I said bowels in a blog) and an energy drink.
You choose the healthy meal and the snacks can be a choice between a bunch of Isagenix products. Since the Fiber One bars I love are almost exactly identical to the Isagenix fiber bars, I am eating those instead. I can get a box of 10 for $4.50 at Wal-Mart which is much cheaper than the Isagenix price.
Today will be the hardest day yet. It is "cleanse day". That is when you don't actually eat food and just do the special cleanse drinks they provide. It is supposed to "release" a bunch of weight.
I have only went without food one other day that I remember. It was when I was in high school and we were doing a 30 hour famine. And I remember someone sneaking in food and I may have eaten some chips. I am not confessing that I did...but I may have.
So, I probably haven't been an entire day without food. Not eating causes me dizziness, headaches, shaky hands and overall crankiness. Obviously I am a bit nervous about today.
Tomorrow I will let you know how it went along with my official Day 8 weight (Isagenix has weigh-in days of Day 8 and Day 30).

Isagenix: Day 5 - Lost another pound!
I survived the first four days of the Isagenix 30-day cleanse. I have been told the worst is behind me.
In the last four days, I have lost 2 pounds. I am up before 6am and I am not exhausted. Both of those are pretty impressive.
Today I am off to thrift for the day and so I will pack a cooler with "snacks" (fruits, yogurt and a salad) so I am not tempted to go to the nearest drive thru.
Want to try Isagenix? Click HERE for the original post. It is a little over $10 a day and has a 30 day money back guarantee.

Down 1 Pound
Well, after three days of Isagenix, I have lost 1 pound. While that is not a lot of weight, if I continue on this path, I should lose about 8-10 pounds in the 30 days.
I also feel my stomach bloating is decreasing. This is pretty amazing in itself since I am due to get "my aunt Flo" at the end of this week.
I wish I was sleeping better but this is not due to the Isagenix. It is due to my knee. I am really hoping the stitches coming out on Wednesday will help the swelling. The swelling is getting worse and it is uncomfortable.
I realize this post is super short but I have to go package a bunch of stuff that sold on ebay before the mail carrier gets here.
