It is no secret that my body cannot handle milk casein (the protein found in milk). I was finding it hard to buy healthy snacks at my rural grocery stores here in PA. What little I did find were fairly pricey and there was no guarantee I would like them.

Each snack has the nutritional values on the back.
I took some photos of the snacks I received last month (I wanted to be surprised so I let Nature Box choose the snacks for me). Some of them were half eaten when I took the photos. The bags are usually full :) And I just noticed that one of the photos is missing - I must have eaten a snack fairly quickly!
