Washington DC

On our way home from Florida on Sunday, I had a loooong layover in Washington DC. Rather than sit in the airport for 6-7 hours, we rented a car and drove around the city. 

We were able to see the Lincoln Memorial, the White House, the Washington Monument and the Capital building. Due to rain we drove past a lot of other wonderful buildings but didn't get out. 





 I got back home yesterday around 2am and was wiped. I caught up on sleep last night and feel MUCH better. It is good to be home! 

I plan on listing about 100 items on ebay this week. My husband & I are leaving on our next vacation (to Las Vegas, Death Valley & the Grand Canyon) in 12 days. 

Please pray for my father-in-law, Dean. He is back in the hospital with pneumonia. They will keep him for atleast a few days.

    Love all the pics! Beautiful. All of you. So glad you guys had a mom/daughter/sister vacation. Looks great. Love you and miss you and praying for Dean.
